 純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)白粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高純(chun)超細(xi)的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學(xue)計量比例(li)配(pei)料(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)(tai)(tai)白粉(fen)(fen)(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)在(zai)流動(dong)氨氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等。

所謂組成(cheng)耐火質料,就是(shi)將兩種或兩種以上的(de)天然礦(kuang)(kuang)藏質料或化工(gong)質料或廢棄物(wu)(wu),通過配料、粉碎,磨細(xi),混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦(kuang)(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理性(xing)能的(de)耐火質料。
