所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料,就是將兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的天然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料或(huo)化工(gong)質(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄物,通(tong)過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學(xue)礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和(he)物理性能(neng)的耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料的品種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)辦法(fa)多(duo)(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)(zu)成耐火質料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)成鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合(he)組(zu)(zu)成AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)成Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)(yong)輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)計量比例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)(zu)成六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)(yong)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)(fen)和(he)金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)在流動氨氣效果下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)料,就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或兩(liang)種(zhong)以上的天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)料或化工(gong)質(zhi)料或廢棄物(wu),通過配(pei)料、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定(ding)化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能的耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)料。
